Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity Practical Training

 

The process of putting together a risk assessment plan, a disaster recovery plan, and a business continuity plan will be explored through an all-hands-on approach. Participants will be required to come out of the workshop with a workable set of plans for their organisations.

This is a workshop designed to deal with specific FM leaders’ needs to perform and proactively manage risks associated with natural and man-made disasters through preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery.

Training Methodology

  •  Facilitator-led classroom presentations with discussions, workshops, practical site visits, inspections, work placements and internship opportunities.

Venue

The physical classes will be held live in class at the Max-Migold Training Centre, located at the HRDC Building on the University of Lagos Main Campus, Yaba, Lagos. Virtual classes can be joined via Zoom video telepresence from anywhere in the world. This experience is similar to being in class; you attend classes online, live. You can ask and answer questions, and everyone will hear you and see you. The only difference is that you will not be sitting in our chairs.
