The facility management operation course is for building services operatives who directly interface with building users and manage service providers, custodial, and maintenance teams.

The course covers key learning requirements for building managers on operations and maintenance of buildings and grounds, including utility management, custodial and housekeeping, vendor management, inspections, and building operations reporting and record keeping.

  • 3 days facilitator-led classroom presentations with discussions, workshops, practical site visits, inspections, work placements, and internship opportunities.
  • Facilitators for the programme are experienced, certified FM professionals, building services engineering consultants and University Academics.

Venue

The classes will be held live in class at Max-Migold Training Centre at HRDC Building, University of Lagos Main Campus, Yaba, Lagos, and participants can join via Zoom video telepresence from anywhere in the world.
